Shareholder whose valid executed proxy has been received by the Elections Inspector no later than 5:00 p.m. Alaska Standard Time on Friday, May 8, 2020 are eligible for the early bird drawing. Winners will be drawn at random and announced at the 2020 Annual Shareholder Meeting.
